After several months of effort to overcome every barriers including financial constraints and reluctance of changes our company successfully convert one traditional production unit into cellular manufacturing model.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While reducing man power requirement by 20% it reduce waiting time from 3300 seconds to 300 seconds range.
